Garlic Lime Shrimp
1/2lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
2tbsp olive oil
1and Zest juice of lime
2cloves garlic, minced
1/2tsp smoked paprika
1/4tsp chili powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Avocado Salsa
1ripe avocado, diced
1/2cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4small red onion, finely diced
1tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2of Juice lime
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Garnish
Lime wedges
Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Marinate the Shrimp
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
