  1. Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)

  2. Prepare the Potatoes
    • Toss the halved potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Spread them out on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Marinate the Cod
    • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
